  • There are some situations that we do not work with at this time: domestic abuse, sexual abuse and drug addictions.

  • The frequency of your counseling sessions will depend on your unique situation and goals. We suggest beginning with our 4 stage progression coaching program.

  • Yes, we offer in-person sessions as well as phone and video sessions. Please inquire if you desire in-person sessions, as they are done by request only.

  • We understand that counseling can be an investment. In some cases, we may offer sliding scale fees. Please contact us to discuss your options.

  • Yes, family counseling sessions often involve children, especially if they are a part of the family dynamic. Please fill our the Contact form to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  • We accept credit and debit cards in our online payment portal when you book your appointment(s).

Clients engaging with Symbiotic Healing Connections' coaching and counseling services agree to these terms and acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer. If there are any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please reach out for clarification.

Nature of Services:

Symbiotic Healing Connections offers coaching and counseling services designed to facilitate personal growth, improve relationships, and foster holistic well-being. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional help for any mental health concerns.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching or counseling sessions will be kept strictly confidential. This includes personal details, discussions, and any content shared within the sessions, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to oneself or others.

Client Responsibility:

Clients acknowledge that the success of coaching or counseling sessions depends on their active participation, commitment, and willingness to explore personal growth and change.

Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment for services rendered by Symbiotic Healing Connections is expected prior to or at the time of the scheduled sessions. Refunds are available within a specified timeframe if sessions are canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Modification of Terms:

Symbiotic Healing Connections reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services or website without prior notice. We may also update this disclaimer as needed, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

Individual Differences:

Each person's experience and progress through coaching or counseling sessions may vary. Our services are tailored to meet individual needs and may not have the same effects for everyone.

No Guarantees:

While our services aim to guide and support individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward holistic wellness, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Session Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with 48+ hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice incur a $35 rescheduling fee. Cancellations of less than 48 hours forfeit session fee.

Code of Conduct:

We maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful during sessions will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

Limitation of Liability:

Symbiotic Healing Connections and its practitioner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or any actions taken based on advice or information provided during sessions.
