RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE JOURNEY HOME
MIND ~ BODY ~ SPIRIT
Consider what you’re nourishing your mind, body, and spirit with.
What we take in — through our thoughts, experiences, relationships, environment, food, movement, media, and attention — can influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
There isn’t one right way to care for yourself.
The resources below are simply places I’ve found interesting, useful, or worth exploring. Take what resonates, question what doesn’t, and discover what works for you.
What we give our attention to can influence the way we think, feel, communicate, and experience the world around us.
Books, conversations, music, media, ideas, and the voices we regularly encounter can all become part of our inner landscape.
The invitation here isn’t to fill your mind with only “positive” things. It’s simply to become curious about what you’re taking in and how it affects you.
Below are a few resources that have given me something worth considering.
THE MIND
Our bodies are another place to pay attention.
Food, movement, rest, stress, environment, and the ordinary rhythms of daily life can all influence how we experience ourselves.
Rather than prescribing one way to care for your body, I encourage curiosity. Notice what supports you, what doesn’t seem to, and what your own experience may be telling you.
Below are a few resources that may give you another place to explore.
THE BODY
THE SPIRIT
Spirituality can be as simple or as expansive as you choose to make it.
Meditation, stillness, nature, reflection, curiosity, ritual, or simply taking a few quiet moments to notice what’s happening within you can each offer a different way to explore this part of yourself.
There is no single practice you need to follow and no particular spiritual belief you need to hold.
Below are a few resources that have offered me something to consider. Explore whichever ones interest you and leave the rest.
